How do I get started?
You’ve decided to grow your lab using Net Promoter Score—that’s awesome! We’re excited to have you here.Your first step is to upload a CSV file of your customers so we can send out the first round of NPS surveys. Start by logging in here. Then click over to Account, followed by NPS Scores, then click “Upload CSV". Once your customer list is uploaded, your campaign will begin either that morning or the next business day. Pretty simple, right? Don’t forget to check back to the NPS Scores page to start monitoring your result
Where can I find my NPS survey results?
Your survey is rocking and rolling—now it’s time to check out the results. Start by logging into your profile. Then click over to Account, followed by NPS Scores.
Data junkie? This page is also where you can download all of your scores as a CSV file in order to dive deeper into your results.
And don’t worry—we’ll be reaching out shortly to do an in-depth review of your results. But feel free to reach out early if you have any questions.
How do I get reviews on LabWorthy?
Your lab’s reputation is everything. Did you know that 84% of people trust online reviews as much as a personal recommendation? That’s why reviews are so important. But how do you encourage your customers to leave you a review? Ask and you shall receive. It’s (usually) that simple. Reach out to the customers who you’re confident will give you a great review. Don’t forget to use the Copy link button on your profile to share in your outreach for reviews.
Here’s our advice for asking for a review:
Reach out via email. You may even have a standard template you use for your outreach here.
Add a call-to-action to leave a review on your email signature.
Call or talk to your customers in person to let them know how much their review means to you.
